I did some research on this coin but could not find the Ho A. 902.7. Here is what I found on this coin.
This specimen is a rare date of a series struck 1878-95 at the Durango mint. This ten centavos piece replaced the silver one real struck since colonial times. Several transitional designs were issued 1863-70, including one by the Maximilian regime, before settling on this type.
It, in turn, was replaced by a ten centavos piece with a redesigned reverse in 1898. All the Durango mint issues prior to 1887 are very scarce to rare. This specimen was lot 8929 in Ponterio sale 159 (Baltimore, March 2011), where it sold for $575. The catalog description[1] noted, "MEXICO. Durango. 10 Centavos, 1879-DoB. RARE date. Slightly weak strike, one faint scratch, lightly cleaned. EXTREMELY FINE."
Then the site list this information on the 10 Centav
1879-As L 10 centavos
1879-Pi H 10 centavos
1879-Do centavo
Not the one I have the Ho A.902.7, can someone tell me about this coin please? Thank you.
