In the future, when you add new pictures, you can send a Note to Staff on that post and ask for a moderator to edit the thread title to have "Updated Images" or "New Pictures"

It looks interesting.
I would like to see more images of LIBERTY and the full date/ mint mark. Maybe try to get clearer images showing the whole word "LIBERTY" and some close ups of other areas like the bust and Lincoln's face.
I agree there is some MD going on, but there may be more to it than that.

It looks like Machine Doubling to me. Although the "9" does looks interesting.  Here is a pictures of an example with multiple scoops that is Machine Doubling. I took this picture from a another post that was uploaded by Desertgem. If it was a true doubled die, there wouldn't be a shelf like appearance and the "scoops" would all around the same height.

Machine damage can vary from device to device. One can be strong, the next one weaker and the next one even weaker yet.  I believe that this is what is going on with your coin.
