I'm thinking this has to be the 002. I have none of the markers for the 001. Could it be a later die state than the one listed ? Thank you for looking.

Yes, definitely a later die state than what is on copper coins. Variety Vista has more die states here: http://www.varietyvista.com/02a%20L...5DRPM002.htm
I have found one of these also, and mine looks like the same die state.
