tropicalbats Pillar of the Community United States 6116 Posts	Posted 12/23/2016 01:09 am So, if this is off center and not MAD, but has all the design elements and no rim, would it be called an "off center broadstrike"? It is exactly 10% off center. It has no reeding except for about 5mm above Washington's head where a sliver of reeding on an angle is visible. Report this Post to the Staff
