I would like to have a second opinion on this one as my eyes are a little tired at this point. Please pay special attention to the date and the E in we. And if it is what I think I have no idea of the value.

The one was probably pushed inward by a feeder finger. Not that common, but doesn't add much value, if any. Not sure about the E

you should try to crop away some of the blank area above and below the coin. The CCF Image Optimizer works well for that.

The E just looks like it's a little lower than it's supposed to be.

The one was pushed, but not by a feeder finger. Feeder fingers are what move
the planchets into position to be struck by the dies. This damage happened after the strike, most likely in a vending machine like the old penny gumball machines we used to see in stores.

That's a normal WE. The E is low on that year and the W looks slightly damaged from circulation.

sometimes those tiny ticks on a coin are so well placed you would think it was an error.

Hi,

I found your post while researching a 1961 d penny with a very similar looking date. Do you guys think similar circumstances caused the slanted one in this case as well?
