It's listed on ebay, I saw it. It's a damaged coin that probably isn't even spendable anymore.

I hope you didn't write any checks on it.

I have to wonder if the whole reason behind this thread is to get people to go to ebay and bid on your mangled cent.

If you guys read back, he says that it is listed on ebay titled "Amazing error coin must see".

The craziest part of this to me is, why go to a site full of the most experienced coin people in the country and expect them to think that is an error coin?



EDIT: What will most likely happen is that auction and the one for the so called 1970-S small date will be reported and removed. Most people here will not be fooled by listings like those.

Thanks Buddy - coins can NOT be only struck on one side as the dies come together and strike the planchet equally on the obverse and reverse at the same time!!

I don't care what you say OK I am a member and I'm not trying to push anything this whole site is connected to ebay obviously since that's all that it says is ebay all over the page I just want an opinion don't care if it sells or not I'm not that worried about it my 16 year old is the one that wants to sell it so don't be rude my son reads this too
