I pick this up a few days ago see if you match what NGC has graded it

44, gold is hard for me and the pics always hurt the coin so I know I will be wrong on this one. That said, MS-60. I was tempted to go AU and it will probably go 63. This why I stick with Lincolns, I can avoid embarrassing myself.

I would say MS-61 without reading what anyone else has said and by judging by the MS-62 graded by NGC thats in my dansco7070 album

I don't see any obvious wear. The luster however is brightest between the letters of the reverse legend and around the obverse stars. The fields look significantly darker which to me seems like the result of friction. I'd call it AU-58. If NGC determined it was actually mint state, I could see it as MS-62. Nice coin; I especially like the reverse.
