My wife and I went to an early morning Craft Show and I saw these at one of the tables. The lady told me they were just for display but I made her an offer and she told me that her sales were slow so she took my offer of 20$ for both. They seem to be pretty crispy although I don't know how to tell if they were "Steam ironed"!
Any info or thoughts will be appreciated

I think you did very well, especially if they are not pressed.
Rest in Peace

I think you should be able to feel the difference between an ironed note and one that isn't. Bills have an embossed texture to them and that goes away if ironed.

Anyway -- good for you for making an offer on something that wasn't for sale. It turned out nicely.

Thanks Buddy - They do seem to be crisp as opposed to being ironed with steam to get the folds out. They don't sag when you hold them out. Oh well, thanks for all you inputs - I really like collecting Red Seals that are crisp.

I have always loved the back design of small sized Deuce LT's. Nice additions.
