I'm looking for thoughts on this coin. The cent details are mirrored onto the quarter. there is an outline that fits a penny on the tails side, but there are mirrored details on the heads side also. Any thoughts appreciated!!

Probably the remains of glue since the impressions are mirrored. Or, the penny/quarter put in a vise and squeezed together.

Looks like it was squashed in a vice with another quarter (obverse) and a cent (reverse).
