I think this one is an out-of-collar doublestrike, as I don't see anything else going on.

All these error coins I am posting are from an auction buy. Many coins in a zip-loc bag and my first foray into errors so putting them up here to help me understand what is what. They will start getting more complicated as I have a few with multiple errors.

109 of them are just uncirculated Lincoln Cent off-center errors (which I now know how to separate from the broadstrikes thanks to members here!), so I am looking at the others to post here so I can understand them.

Not sure, but think the second strike would be considered off center, not out of collar. Double strike, with second strike off center. . Both descriptions seem to apply so back to the books on this one. Thanks, Doug.
