This quarter has what I believe is an indent with brokage (there is a distinct mirrored incuse image of reverse design in the indent). The other side is remarkably normal so I am guessing: Partial indent with brokage. Does the term "uniface" apply to this coin as well since only one side is affected? There is also a bit of mild weirdness around the obverse rim, but I am assuming this is because of the effects from the creation of the indent.

Uniface means a coin only has a design on one side, the other side is intentionally blank. As far as how this happened, I'll wait for other more well-versed to explain.

I see a partial collar on the edge of the coin struck. Looks like I the word mirrored 'DOLLAR'. So this maybe a previous struck coin that didn't get out of the chamber and fell into the strike that was a partial collar. Not sure what to call that?

It would best be described as a partial brockage in combination with a partial collar error.
