Looks like a VAM-21A.

found some pics of a 1900 o Morgan that looks close that's a 21a. can't find any 1900 s that are like this. I also have another 1900 p that has the same crack but not as defined.

VAMs don't transfer. There is no reason that 21a for a 1900O is anything like 21a for a 1900S should both have 21as. Just happen to be the 21st VAM identified for that year and mintmark combination.
