AU details. Why did it have to be on a low mintage issue?

what a shame. this coin was so harshly cleaned that imo has no collector value. someone may want it to fill a hole but no serious collector would.

"No collector value" may be stretching it, considering this is a fairly scarce issue, but this coin has been stripped of most of its value. I wonder what it was cleaned with, a Brillo pad?
