I have always wanted to go to one of these launches but I don't see it happening anytime soon.
I think it would be fun too!

Effigy Mounds is a special place, but I question whether there will be much of a turnout, particularly in February. This part of Iowa is pretty close to still being wilderness. I'd sure love to have one of those rolls from the launch ceremony. Anyone on this forum live within 60 miles of Effigy Mounds?
