Imthealphaomega Pillar of the Community United States 3210 Posts	Posted 12/31/2016 11:00 am It is very similar to a VF 25 21S I had earlier this year that was graded by NGC. 21S is one of the most weakly struck reverse coins in the series , hence why some coins without a strong horn make VF or even high VF. This coin is one of those cases where the obverse carries the weakness of the reverse Report this Post to the Staff
