I would say this is a plating err others say it's not it's stained well if it were stained then the am would be touching whereas a plating err with no plate would not be touching because of the plate loss ?

Your question is a muddle.

If you are asking about the color differences, that's the result of only one part of the coin being in contact with something, even the ground, that caused that toning.

I'm not seeing any plating issues.

I think that streak across Lincoln may be a clue to some chemical

It is a normal RDV-007. That is the design for that year. It is a Close AM. The 'M' is not centered. ( Wide AM had the 'M' centered)
