The only way I could see that knowledge could be obtained was if you had original sealed bags that indicated the minting facility and were able to distinguish a die marker or markers that showed from only one mint. Even then, with the volume produced it is unlikely that a single bag to bag comparison would cover anything more than a brief moment in the production and would certainly not represent all possibilities.
