If you look at other Lincoln cents such as the 2003, 2005, 2007, 2009, 2013, & 2015, you will see the tails of the fourth digit in the date always falls below the other three.

Looks like I have coin number 2! I got a 2017-P cent in my change today. I remember looking at it and thinking to myself "what is that?" when I saw the mintmark. I see the mint is continuing to use the Times New Roman mintmark (not too happy about this)

A good friend of mine was coming to visit over the weekend and I asked him to grab me a box of cents from south Carolina where he lives, ya know I was wanting to search a box from a different region of the country. This is what I got , and entire box of nothing but 2017.

But only if it's a P. In Denver, I get lots of D cents, so I'll be happy to never see one.

They are selling these $25 boxes of 2017-P cents on ebay for hundreds of dollars, even the D mint cents are selling crazy.

I am missing a few of the D mint coins, but I will get those the next time the Cali crew visits and lets me sift their change.
