I recently picked up this token and a quick search of CCF didn't pop up a previous example having been posted. The token comes from the Notre Dame Basilica in Quebec City and was available for purchase at least as of the Fall of 2016. The rev shows St. Francis de Laval. It is undated.

Nice architectural type. One that would be enjoyed by any token collector in that vicinity I am sure.
