I got this one to pop out of a roll. I'm pretty sure it's a new one. What do you think?
Edit: Now that I see it on the big screen, it kind of looks like the 004. Right?

No, I think that's damage on this steps CC. Check back right here CC, if you like this one, I'll show you a pic of a major one with an explanation of what they are. I'll do that within an hour.

Here you go CC. It's not my best, but should serve the purpose. This one does have trails running through the steps. When that happens they call it Wavy Steps.

Trail Dies are thought to occur when the die is receiving it's design. The die inadvertently scrapes horizontally against the hub leaving incuse trails in the die. The trails start at the devices that made the contact. They get weaker the farther they go from the devices (as the die and hub separate). Usually they are all in one direction, referred to as offset. Some coins have two or three offsets of trails. The following coin has at least eight different off-set trails, I don't know if the theory is consistent with it or not. I posted it once, but didn't get a definitive answer.

Hey buddy, there are two Major Trail Dies that are very similar, both have Wavy Steps but the offset direction on one is 180 degrees and 190 on the other. I have Anti Trails, give me 1/2 hr and I'll locate exactly where.

They are raised on the coin CC. When you look at pics everything is lights and darks. Lights and darks are reversed depending on incused and raised. That's right, they're opposite each other.

Anti Trails are incuse on the coin, raised on the die. They can be found in different offset directions. Regular Trails are raised on the coin, incused on the die.

Very well and equal shapes receiving equal lighting show opposite lights and darks when one is incuse and the other is raised.

This is the Anti Trails error. The die had raised trails because the aforementioned scrape occurred earlier in the die making process. The hub had recessed trails. It's called an Anti Trail Die because it's the opposite of a Trail Die. The Coin has incuse trails. The pictures don't do it justice.
