Okay, I realize the pics are great but great optics seems to be elusive for me.

I believe this has a faint (ghost) "6".

When I looked at the other parts of the obverse I noticed the left leg of the "R" missing. Does not appear to be PMD or other damage, just not part of the die?

The broken R is common on many 1936 cents.
There was broken R on one of the master hubs for that year and several of the dies had this transferred to them. The doubled die obverse cents would have this same broken R.
The top three 1936 DDO cents show one hubbing with the broken R and one without it. It looks like an R with a skinny leg.
I'll see if I can find some pictures for you.

EDIT: There are some images here of the skinny leg doubled die I was referring to: http://www.lincolncentsonline.com/1...0Photos.html

What does IGWT look like?

I took pictures of all the "R"'s and IGWT; all "R"'s exhibit the partial "R" except the "R" in AMERICA. Interesting...
