Definitely looks like one of the doubled dies listed on VarietyVista:

Normal buffalo nicks don't have that flared bottom bar of the E in LIBERTY.
Can't tell for sure which one it is, though. The two listed both are pretty similar.
But I'm leaning towards DDO-001, which is a great find!

Thanks for the replies so far, looking at Variety Vista, it looks like Die# 1 Stage B. I am not positive though. Maybe someone can confirm my thoughts...
