While I might put it at 66, I think it will grade a 65 unless the luster shows brighter in hand than in the pics. I don't have extensive experience but it seems that with the TPGs, the luster better be popping to get a high grade like a 66. The darker, subdued luster coins seem to grade out lower. Paul Bulgerin Pillar of the Community United States 3098 Posts	Posted 02/02/2017 5:41 pm Well, this was a major disappointment. NGC graded it MS-63! There is only one tiny mark on the obverse and one small one on the buffalo's front left leg. It certainly has a lot of luster and beautiful color. I paid $55 for it plus grading fees. The NGC price guide for MS-63 says $175. I certainly thought it would come back with a higher grade, as did everyone else. Paul Bulgerin Report this Post to the Staff
