Thanks for looking. Relatively low mintage at 798,000, what are your thoughts on a grade for this one? Edited by srs77 01/09/2017 1:53 pm

Due to faintness of the I in LIBERTY, I'm going to say F-12. Possibly details, but still a very cool coin, especially with its low mintage! Who knows, maybe it was carried by a Union soldier?

Wouldn't that have been cool? :)

THE LI in LIBERTY seem to always be the first letters to wear off on the Liberty Seated Series.
I'd agree it's a Fine. Looks original to me.

I have the obverse at VG10+ and reverse and VF20. may have had an old dip or two but looks market acceptable. i'll net this at F12 due to the obverse pulling the coin down

Fine - Very Fine sharpness, but a "details grade" because of scratches and an old cleaning.
