As a general rule,the bar on column should be as long as Lincolns arm. It may be close to that but to me it looks a bit short. I recently set free around 2-3 hundred that did not make it.

Because of the two on this on on the left, makes me wonder if this were from a die alteration? The bay is the fields and would be the highest part on the die. So the area on near the column and the one on the statue would be deeper into the die. So it the die were polished and dipped a bit into the open part of the where there devices were, then it could be die damage that happened at the same time. First time I've seen one on the side of the leg on the statue. (which raises are red flag to me)
