Does this look like a real 1795 Bust dollar and if so any idea on value?

Cast counterfeit. The graininess of the surfaces is a clue to the method of manufacture.
Sorry!

Ok thanks guys. I am totally new to coin collecting; mostly collect baseball cards. So if I had it in hand and weighed it on scale it would probably be off also?

Yes, the weight would probably be off as it is not likely silver. Does a magnet stick to it? If it is attracted to a magnet, it is iron, though probably plated.

It looks like a steel counterfeit. Confirm my suspicions by putting a magnet next to it. If it sticks, it's steel.

Here are some specs of this coin.
1. It should have a diameter between 39-40 millimeters.
2. It should weigh about 27 grams.
3. It is composed of 90% silver, so it should not be magnetic.
So, weigh it, measure it and take a magnet to it to see for yourself whether this is a fake or authentic coin. Good luck.

We see lots of fake bust dollars on this site. They are quite valuable if genuine and so are ripe targets for counterfeiters. Hopefully you didn't pay much for this piece. It's worth maybe a dollar as a conversation piece, or you can use it as a golf marker!

Does this not look like it was struck in a collar? If so, casting would not be possible. Maybe the photos contribute to the graininess.

Here is a genuine example of the piece you have. Note how sharp and crisp the lettering, devices and surfaces are.
