I just received this 1980 Mint set. While checking the coins (all still in cello)I noticed that all of the eagle's feet on the "S" mint coin were obliterated. Is this simply a plugged die or some other type of error? I have attached a photo of the Denver Mint coin for comparison. I am surprised that it made it into the cello. There are no marks or tears in the cello.
