I'd say ms64RB. I have a slabbed Buffalo nickel with the same fingerprint issue too... drives me crazy.

Give it an acetone bath. If the fingerprint is relatively new that might take care of it.

MS63RB.
PCGS will give RB designation for 5-95% red coins. RD for 95% or more Red. this coin meets the RB designation
