That's a $2 coin in the condition I see.

Hey Spence, how right you are. Have found three proof Lincoln's in boxes. The 1957 was toned darker ("cleaned up" well  ), a 1977S & 1999S looked like picked up out of the street, gouged bad on both. Would love to show pics,but...laptop died, no USB camera or access to files until repaired or get new one.  How about a contest to see who or when someone pays the $200 for a Littleton coin!

Back in the early nineties, I bought nickels from Littleton in those same packages for 3 or 4 dollars. Later I found other sources for around 50 cents a piece!

They grade more conservatively than any dealer I've seen. And they've handled a load of coins valued at more than two hundred bucks, but this isn't one of them.

I don't see where Littleton claimed the coin was a proof, only the ebay seller. How can one determine this coin to be a proof?

I was also wondering about that. I haven't seen it before but want to make sure I don't do it.
