2004-D Lincoln Memorial Cent / LMC Doubled Die Reverse / DDR Minor Doubling?

Guess I was feeling a little too sane this morning so tried to figure this one out. Seems like a very minor DDR with separation on the E and P and thickness of the dots but little else. While the reverse on the 2004D-1DR-001 CLASS 9 looks like machine damage, they are the real deal. If all the coins struck with that same die show the same hub doubling, then that is what it looks like for that DDR.
