Is Poor Details - Damaged a lower designation than Po01? I think being in the CAC top half of Po01s is in contravention of what you are trying to accomplish in a lowball set. IMHO.

It's either a S-76a or 76b. If it is close to 13 grams it's a, and close to 10 grams would be b. 76a is an R-5 coin, 76b is common.
