What would you call something like this ? It's labeled as an off center but it looks like an indent. I want to properly label it. I would appreciate any help as I'm trying to reduce my hoarded desk...

with the reeding showing, looks like the coin was partially put through a press or a vice. Most likely PMD

How ever it was done, it is out of round. the first clue it is coin damage. The opposite edge is also affected like it was hammered or pressed in that direction. An attempt to create an error.
