VF25. Lots of scratches on obverse liberty face and neck. Can't tell if they most are on the slab or the coin. If they are all on the coin VF20.

Here are the results...... What do you guys think caused this coin to detail? I am thinking the uneven obverse toning of the neck and darkness of the face? What do you guys think?
