I think you're right. I don't see the curved scratch under the nine, but I don't think it necessarily has to be there. Definitely a nice RPM. The first close-up looks like it more than the second.

I did an side by side of this die.
While this die is close in location, I see a slight difference on the
east center of the mint mark line. The line on the 078 is incomplete.
Uruman's coin line is complete. So I don't feel this is the correct die.
The white lines are getting the date extremes the same heights the
same. When these line up first, then see what the location of the
mint mark is. I feel it is not a match.

I feel it is not 1960D-1MM-087 because of slight difference on location and the east line in the center of the mint mark are different. It is a RPM, but not this one.
