What do you see that you think is an error? Without knowing what you are referring to, its vary hard to make a judgement.

The obverse at 7:00 to 8:00 has a mark, but it looks like the edge is out of round and that area may be damaged. A closer image of that area would be helpful. The reverse area of the rim 10:00-11.00 looks flattened as well from the coin damage on the obverse.

Yes, if you are asking about the mark on the obverse it appears to be nothing more than a big scratch.
