It looks like Mechanical Doubling to me from the images posted.

A photo of the entire coin might help, but that's what it looks like to me.

So there are different types this year. Some that don't occur often. That is why I post the links to these different varieties. You might want to review all images for these. You can start from the home page with the search feature:

Put in the years/mints/variety types. Then you can view the images to get a better idea of what to look for on the Lincoln cents. Hope this help. A lot use this site to identify the type of variety they have found.
