Nice surfaces on that coin - of course due to the colour, ICCS would not grade that one higher than MS-63.

Once it's in a PCGS 65 hard slab,..I wouldn't worry what ICCS thinks...

I should really send mine to PCGS and lobby hard to get it in the 1-cent registry! I suspect with the cheek gouge, mine will come back MS-63 Red or Red-Brown from PCGS (currently in a ICCS MS-64 red holder). DEVLEC...you're lucky on the Heritage Auctions MS65! I had it on my target list but was travelling and missed it  If you change your mind I'll give you a premium on it  Edited by canadian-varieties
