I've had this one for a few months now. I paid $35 for it. A soak in acetone removed a lot, and a 24 hour soak in VC helped quite a bit. I don't have any 'before' photos. I'm considering a year-long soak in olive oil now.

I know it's a 'details' coin. It's really close to XF in my opinion. In all honesty, I bought it for the die crack around the stars.

EF-40 details, environmental damage. the coin looks like a dug coin. personally I would stop with the VC and not use any oil on it.
