Based on what I can see, it looks like to me that it is missing part of the first printing (the reverse) and all of the 2nd printing (portrait and borders). The only thing that looks right is the 3rd printing (seals and serial numbers).
If it is a genuine BEP error it is valuable.....especially on a star note!
