Pretty sure it's an error but I could be mistaken. Looked it up. Not sure what kind of error. But I want to know. Could have a nice chunk of money for me and a valuable coin for someone else

Looks like Rolling Machine Damage to me. We'll see what others think.

It appears to be post strike damage. I think it got stuck in a coin machines and got spun around and around.

It's still worth a nickel.
