(Yes another 60s RPM). I am finally getting around to looking at specific years for errors.
This is a D/D 1961.
I am attempting to match to known RPM, but I seem to have a hard time designating the RPM, ie what makes it a D/D north or D/D West. Does the direction designation denote the initial punch or the second/third punch?

Here are a few Items I've prepared from the past:
1961-Lincoln-Denver-RPM
1961-Lincoln-Denver-RPM
1961-Lincoln-Denver-RPM
The RPM direction is figured by the direction from the main mint mark.

The only one I found close on Coppercoins was 1961D-1MM-064. But it is not that die either.

Those diagrams are exactly what I was looking for!
Is there a chance that this is a new attribution for this 1961?

Definetly a nice clockwise D/D! Looks major enough to be listed

Wexler might already have it listed, but he doesn't have all the images up for some years yet. So might might want to keep this on hand to check later on with his files.

I'd try to match it up. Look on Wexler or coppercoins. Nice RPM
