1807. The 1804 has a much sharper diagonal coming down left from the top of the numeral, resulting in a larger gap between the 0 and 4 than the 1807 and 1807/6 with their 0/7 being very close as this coin is. It has the reverse of 1803 and later based on the only things you can make out (T in CENT, lowest berry/leaf cluster and MER in AMERICA) so it can't be an 1801. The 1804 "Restrikes" used an 1820 Coronet reverse which is easily distinguishable, along with the huge obverse arcing die crack on the restrikes.
If this were a real 1804 Large Cent and the date could be positively identified, value would still be fairly minimal, maybe a couple hundred dollars at best. As an 1807 or 1807/6 it's worth a buck or two.
