I Found A Double Strike? - Coin Community Forum

firefly187 New Member United States 9 Posts	Posted 02/01/2017 6:28 pm I was looking through a container of Lincoln wheat cents that I set aside to look closer at on a rainy day -and- I found what I believe to be a "Double strike date" on a 1934 Lincoln Wheat cent. Thought it was a DDO at first(freaked out!), but questions answered and direction makes me believe it is a double strike. What do you all think? Hope pics do it justice. Look at the 9, 3, & 4 - I'm not great a picture taking but the close up captures it especially on the 3 & 4. It's cool no matter what! not sure at all what kind of monetary value this would have to an error collector, but I love it. * Moved by Staff to a more appropriate forum. * Report this Post to the Staff
