Found d this dime today coin roll hunting it's shaved off on the bottom and it had to be when it was struck. Can someone explain this to me and what kind of error it is also is there any type of value?

I don't think that is an error, its PMD

No error - just a big time hit that pushed the dimes metal towards the rim!

PMD. Sander? I don't see upwardly displaced rim metal, which would suggest not a hit.
