The obverse fields/devices have been cleaned. Detail looks AU, the pics are too small to tell much else.

The sharpness grade is AU, but I think that the coin has wiped with an abrasive and that some black stuff was rubbed on it to try to cover it up. The obverse fields look suspiciously shiny.

A rule of thumb that all collectors should use is this. When you see an potentially important coin like this that is still raw, not certified, you should be extra careful. By now many of the good coins have been certified, and now quite often the pieces that are raw are raw because they can't get a straight grade.

I'm not saying that all raw coins are problem coins, but I am saying that raw coins buyers need to be extra vigilant.
