I'm using a Celestron handheld 10x-150x for these images. Please help clarify this image so I can learn what I need to look for. Thanks in advance...

It's a worn die. The devices are reduced without the parts that resemble doubling. They go toward the rim - classic Die Deterioration.

Looks like a bit of MD and the worn dies. Note the tops of the 'GOD' devices. The tops of the devices are thinner than the bottoms. Not hub doubled.

So when you say MD, you're saying the die jumped a little at the top of the devices?

The die movement altered the tops of the devices on that area. On a different area the devices may be moved differently.
