Hello, Please help with grading on this 1866 Seated Liberty half dollar and if it is worth sending it to a TPG to get it slabbed. I don't think it is worth, but condidering that this has a mintage of 744,900 only, it could be somewhat rare?   In my opinion, this would grade between Fine and Very fine, if there is such a thing, because the Obverse seems to be Fine (F15) and the reverse Very Fine (VF25). What are your thoughts? Grading scale shown below.

You need to be careful purchasing coins from this seller. There are a lot of problem coins in his listings albeit not all of them. I believe this one may be but hopefully it looks better in hand than the seller's (typical) over-exposed half out of focus images.

Coin was received and it does look exactly as shown in the picture. I just couldn't get a better picture of the coin myself.
