Picked this up today out of one of my favorite dealer's "cull" bin, what I've referred to in the past as his "tray of shame". I can see why it was dismissed. When I got it, it was dull, apparently from storage in reactive material. It also has hairlines. So there was really no downside to an acetone soak followed by a judicious dip, which revealed it may have been at worst semi-prooflike. A variety I'll snag every time one shows up on the cheap like this with negligible (if any) wear from circulation, even though its prior mishandling means you'd never be able to certify it without receiving a "details" annotation.
