I found this 1964 D the coin has a lot of wear from circulation but the rim on the top obverse is wide and slanted all of the motto is not flat on the coin but on an angle about 45 degrees . I saw this on coops YouTube video but can not find it now and cannot remember what causes this . It also has what looks like a Retained Cud but may be damage not sure .

Well I found the images on coops YouTube video and what I was remembering with the rim is a late stage capped die but this doesn't quite match the images I don't see any reverse images on the obverse so I'm still in wonder .the only other thing I could find on the obverse is this retained die crack running along the middle third of the back of lincolns head .

I don't think we'll ever see all a worn die may do to a coin. Then add circulation wear and tear...

Looks like the coin was black and some worked over the coin with an abrasive like a Brillo pad. PSD

I don't see a die crack? If it's the last picture, that looks like a scratch to me since it's not raised and the color is lighter than the rest of the coin's surface
