It's easier for us to help you with your question if you tell us what you think you are seeing and where that is on your coin.

You probably need to provide better pictures for any definitive answer. And the correct term is doubled due (not double due)

I'm gonna take a guess Natasha, you're seeing "ghost-like imaging around the date and mintmark, right? That's normal, the thin copper plating is reacting to the vibration, pressure and heat of being struck. Some call this Die Deterioration, but see it a lot on especially the 90's coins for some reason.
Keep working at the pix!

It does not appear to show any signs of die doubling, perhaps some minor Strike Doubling on the date area or die erosion as Crazyb0 stated. There was a doubled die 1995 cent, but it occurred with coins minted at the Philadelphia mint ( no mint mark) and yours is a Denver-minted (D) example.

I agree with crazy that it's likely Die Deterioration Doubling.

Adam/Paralyse, there is also a 1995D DDO, which is worth more than the popularized 1995 DDO from Philly: http://coppercoins.com/lincoln/dies...ie_state=eds
